Returns and Refunds

Receiving your Purchase

  • For goods that are in stock we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of the order
  • You can expect to receive your order within 5 days (10 days International)
  • For out of stock goods we will contact you via email to see if you would like us to send an alternative item, are happy to wait until new stock arrives or would prefer to cancel the order for a full refund.

If you are returning the item because it is faulty or we sent the wrong item then we will pay the shipping for both the return of the item and the resending. We will also refund your money, please email us to make arrangements.

If you are returning the item simply because you’ve changed your mind then you must pay both the original shipping and the return shipping cost and we will refund your the cost of the item. Please return goods within 14 days of purchase and again, please email us to make arrangements.

In all cases these conditions apply:

  • Please keep a proof of posting !this is important in case the item gets lost in the post!
  • Goods must be returned in the same condition that you received them


Cancellations must be completed before the item has been shipped. Otherwise it will have to be treated as a return and the returns policy applies.
